FAQs

    • In our opinion (fact), silver Abyssinians are the most beautiful colour of Abyssinian cat. This isn’t shared by UK cat judges, however, it will not stop us!

    • Compared to other colours, silvers are much more rare, and we hope to increase and spread their popularity!

    • We recommend that you keep your Abyssinian indoors for several reasons. First, Abyssinians are a luxury and rare breed, meaning that they may be targeted by thieves. Second, it’s much safer for your Abyssinian to be kept indoors, as whilst outside there are much more dangers such as cars, other cats, and eating and drinking things they shouldn’t. Lastly, if they are allowed unmonitored outdoor access they are much more likely to get fleas, worms or infections.

    • Ultimately the decision is yours to make. If you do want them to experience the outdoors then you can invest in a secure catio, or make your garden cat safe with netting installed on the fences preventing them escaping.

    • Kittens leave just after 4 months, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and neutured

    • You get a home-made starter park including some used litter, a familiar blanket, and a toy

    • All our kittens are GCCF registered, and come home with their registration card and their pedigree to see where they have come from!

    • Optionally we also provide a two-week trial of our reccommended cat food - KatKin, and 5 weeks free pet insurance through Agria

    • We raise our kittens to be cherished pets in loving families.

    • Early neutering helps prvent accidental litters and reduces certain health and behavioural issues. It also helps protect the breed from unethical breeding practices which are all to common to see now unfortunately.

    • We reccomend that before you commit to one of our kittens you visit and see them in person (or online)!
