Our Queen

Rue

Coming all the way from Denmark, Rue is our beautiful 1.5-year-old silver queen.

She is GCCF pedigree registered and comes from a uniquely beautiful European heritage. Her official GCCF name is Valbykats Gudrun, however, Rue is the name she goes by.

She is just getting into cat showing, so we will keep you updated with her eventual trophies and awards!

Rue has an amazing personality, being curious, confident, playful, and very clever (for better and the worse!).

She has been genetically tested, proving she does not carry the genes associated with Progressive Retinal Atrophy or Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency, meaning she and her offspring will live long, happy lives!

Rue has just given birth on Thursday 3rd July 2025, and since then, she has been an amazing mum to her kittens, giving them all the attention and love they need.

Laboratory test results showing normal outcomes for progressive retinal atrophy and pyruvate kinase deficiency, and blood type A or AB, dated May 6, 2025.
